The brief: to gather differently. Bringing together teams, clients, and partners for a unique event was the starting point for 5 Stars Productions' Summer Party. The ambition was to break away from the usual professional setting, creating a genuine dynamic among guests and giving everyone a reason to extend the evening. With an open brief and a clear expectation, we envisioned a summer event that fosters connection and deviates from a typical corporate reception. Our choice: Paris, the Seine, and a fresh approach to hosting. For this Summer Party, Relive Group opted for a unique experience without leaving Paris, heading to the 7th arrondissement aboard a barge on the Seine. The venue immediately sets the tone: the city as a backdrop, a summer atmosphere, and a space entirely dedicated to the event. But a venue alone is not enough; it needs rhythm, identity, and a true purpose. This is where our work begins. From the first idea to the last tune, Relive Group conceived and produced the event holistically, with one guiding principle: to ensure every element works in harmony. We researched and selected the venue to match the format and spirit of the evening. Catering and bar services were designed to facilitate conversations and create a relaxed atmosphere. The scenography transformed the barge into a genuine reception space, designed to welcome and circulate guests. The DJ and musical programming set the tempo and evolved the ambiance throughout the evening. Engaging animations were included to create opportunities for interaction beyond just sharing a drink. Finally, our production and overall coordination brought together all service providers, anticipating technical needs and ensuring the event flowed smoothly until the last moment. One team to oversee everything, a unified direction, and no service considered independently from the others. A Summer Party that transcends a simple summer gathering. Ultimately, a barge transformed into a true meeting space where colleagues, clients, and partners connect without the usual office codes. An evening that balances conversation and celebration, with its own identity and entirely managed by Relive Group.
